This is a powerful statement about how women continue to be second to men. Deep and thought provoking overall, there are number of story threads that don't pan out. YA/Adult crossover. Darkly real, unsettling ideology that rings true on many levels, and uniquely horrifying if compared to the current status of many women worldwide.
